The Current is CBC Radio’s flagship current affairs show. So I’m pleased to let you know I’m scheduled to make an appearance on that show this Friday. I’ll be talking about my documentary Whipped: the secret world of party discipline with host Rick MacInnes-Rae.
But if you live in Thunder Bay, you don’t have wait till tomorrow to hear all about that documentary. In fact, you can watch it tonight. I’ll be screening it at 7:00 in the lakeside city’s Centre of Change. The screening, which is being sponsored by Your Canada, Your Constitution and local MP Bruce Hyer, is the last stop on Whipped‘s recent and successful Ontario tour - which included showings in Ottawa, Toronto and Kitchener-Waterloo.
P.S. As per the disclaimer on The Current‘s Website, “stories scheduled (for broadcast) may change at any time.”
